Judy Pipkin of Francis Lane has been recognized as the February 2024 Selection of the Month by The Garden Club at Palm Coast.
Originally from northern California, Judy moved to Palm Coast in November 2021. Judy is a Real Estate broker and a property manager. She enjoys gardening and she pulls her own weeds and does not use any pesticides.
Due to our very cold weather lately, finding a curb appeal yard was a challenge. Luckily, I found this colorful yard. Her center island draws your immediate attention to her Meyers lemon tree full of lemons waiting to be harvested. The color continues with lantanas, pink azaleas, firecracker, Mammy crotons, bird of paradise, Hawaiian Ti, bush daisies, Mexican petunias, and junipers.
The front walkway welcomes you to several foxtail ferns, Mammy crotons, pink azaleas, lantanas, variegated pittosporum, and a large firecracker. Along the front of the house are beautiful purple Princess flowers (Tibouchina urvilleana) and a candlestick plant which is a host for butterflies.
