Registration Now Open for Feet to Feast Thanksgiving Day 5K

The City of Palm Coast invites you to lace up and get your Thanksgiving Day off to an active start before the big meal with the return of the annual Feet to Feast 5K on November 28. This event is sponsored by AdventHealth Palm Coast.

This annual tradition will kick off at 7:45am at the Flagler/Palm Coast campus of Daytona State College., 3000 Palm Coast Pkwy SE. The event course will take participants through some of the city’s most scenic, waterfront views along St. Joe walkway before curtailing back along Palm Coast Pkwy to the finish line back at the campus. Water will be available to participants at the midway point.

“Whether you’re a seasoned runner, or just someone that just wants to come out with family and friends to enjoy the holiday, the Feet to Feast is the perfect community event that really captures of the essence of Thanksgiving,” said Palm Coast Parks and Recreation Director James Hirst. 

All participants will receive a finisher medal featuring this year’s Mac and Cheese event “Macscots” and a long sleeve t-shirt while supplies last. First, second and third place finishers in each age group will receive place medals and a Thanksgiving pie. The event will also see the return of the annual costume contest, during which prizes will be awarded to participants for the following categories:

  • Cutest Kid Costume
  • Best Overall Costume
  • Best Costumed Couple
  • Best Overall Family Costume

Registration for this event is now open with special early-bird pricing of $30 for adults now through November 11, when it will increase to $35. Student registration (K-12) for the event is $20. Registration will be open through event day, but participants are encouraged to pre-register and pick up their race packet prior to the event at the Palm Coast Community Center to assure that all shirt sizes are available. Packet pickup will take place during the following dates and times.

  • Friday, Nov. 22, 9am-6pm
  • Saturday, Nov. 23, 10am-2pm
  • Sunday, Nov. 24, 10am-2pm
  • Monday, Nov. 25, 9am-6pm
  • Tuesday, Nov. 26, 9am-6pm
