On September 17 European Village will host the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office Safety Expo from 10 AM to 2 PM, an event that first happened in 2019 but was then postponed for two years due to Covid.
The expo will feature presentations and displays related to safety but will also offer many other attractions that are suitable for the whole family. There is no set schedule of events but rather the setup allows you to walk through and visit the different displays and exhibits and experience the demonstrations.
There will be plenty of fun things for the kids too as McGruff the crime fighting do0g will make an appearance, the Fish and Wildlife Commission is bringing an alligator, the Police Athletic League will have activities for the kids, there will be fire engines and emergency vehicles as well as SWAT units, and way too many more attractions too list here so mark it on your calendar.
