Introducing “Vincenza” The “Nearly New” Thrift Store Scarecrow!

For the second consecutive year, the City of Flagler Beach has come alive with uniquely
designed scarecrows. This year, the Society of St Vincent de Paul’s The “Nearly New”
Thrift Store is introducing “Vincenza” who will be modeling a variety of outfits donated to
the store which is located at 400 S. Daytona Ave., Flagler Beach. She will have several
wardrobe changes so be sure to stop by and visit!

The store offers clothing, shoes, purses, jewelry and various household items at bargain
prices. New merchandise is added daily with many one-of-a-kind items selling quickly.

The Society of St. Vincent de Paul, Santa Maria del Mar Conference, is a 501(c)(3) non-
profit international voluntary organization in the Catholic Church.  Among its varied
efforts to offer help, the Society’s Nearly New Thrift Store sells donated goods at a low
price to raise money for the struggling families in Flagler County.  There are hundreds of
requests for help with basic living needs, such as utility bills, and emergency food
