The Palm Coast Arts Foundation, along with sponsor Tomoka Eye Associates, presented the long-awaited unveiling of TURTLE #18 to the public art Turtle Trail on Saturday, October 15 at Tomoka Eye Associates in Palm Coast.
Visually impaired artist John Bramblitt created the turtle, whose head is shown above. CEO John Watson decided to commission a visually impaired artist to create the turtle to underscore Tomoka Eye’s long-standing commitment to the community as they approached their 50th anniversary of being in business.
